WERE URGENT HIRING FOR AIRPORT BOOKING TEAM LEAD

Work Set up: Onsite

Location: Pasay, NAIA deploy to Terminal 3

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php 22,00 | plus performance bonus and PAID OT

Project Duration: 4 months, with the possibility of extension or absorption depending on work performance

Requirements:

  • At 1-2 years' experience in a Team Lead
  • Experience in other fields (Retail, Sales or other industries with Face to Face Customer experience)
  • Amenable to work in NAIA, Terminal 3
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • With NBI valid for more than 6 months (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of booking agents, setting performance standards and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Develop and manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak hours, and plan for backup coverage to accommodate unforeseen absences.
  • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all airport, company, and legal regulations regarding airport bookings and ride-hailing services.
  • Track team performance, prepare daily/weekly reports, and provide insights to optimize airport operations.
  • Train new hires, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement ongoing training programs to enhance team skills

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Php21, Php22,000.00 per month
