Visa Facilitation Services and Airport Assistance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Facilitation: Liaison officers act as a bridge between different parties, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Coordination:They coordinate activities, meetings, and projects involving multiple organizations or teams.
  • Relationship Building:They build and maintain positive relationships between parties, fostering cooperation and understanding.
  • Problem Solving:They help resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during collaborations.
  • Information Sharing:They ensure that relevant information is disseminated accurately and efficiently to all involved parties.

Liaison Role:

Client (VFS) Liaison: They will assist the client's before their departure with regards to their Visa. This will include bringing all the necessary documents to help with their approval and making sure that the client/s will onboard their flight.

In essence, a liaison officer's role is to streamline communication and collaboration, ensuring that multiple parties can work together effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Location: Near NAIA/Parañaque/Pasay
