Think: hyperpigmentation, melasma, ingrowns, and dark circles. This segment of the population has traditionally been ignored but it represents almost 40% of the multibillion dollar industry. We are founded by two Harvard graduates and our products are created with Harvard Medical School doctors of color.
We are funded and looking to grow our team. We are launching in Sephora in July, and just raised a $3M Seed fundraising round. We also have an A-list celebrity joining our team shortly as an investor and Brand Ambassador - it's truly an exciting time
About the Role:We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Operations Manager based in the Philippines to support procurement, vendor management, and internal operations. This is a critical role requiring someone comfortable on the phone, skilled in spreadsheets, and confident managing multiple priorities in a remote setup. You'll help optimize backend workflows and support cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:Lead procurement activities, including sourcing, vetting, and negotiating with suppliers
Manage relationships with vendors and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
Track shipments, lead times, and order statuses across multiple suppliers
Analyze operational data (budgets, shipping costs, procurement reports) using spreadsheets
Organize and manage tasks in project management tools like AsanaMaintain accurate documentation for contracts, orders, and vendor communications
Work closely with founders and other remote team members to improve internal systems
Day to day 3PL management- Routing retail orders via EDI platform
Qualifications:Must be based in the PhilippinesAt least 1 year of experience working U.S. business hours (required)Prior experience in procurement, vendor management, and 3PL management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with project management tools (Asana preferred)Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive
Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Background with e-commerce and consumer goods
Pay range and compensation package:Salary Range: up to 1,600 USD/month
