Job SummaryIn this role, you will report to the Procurement as a Service Leader as a Procurement Lead for a regional client account with the job title of Procurement Manager. You will be responsible for leading, planning, and managing the execution of procurement activities for the client account. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementServe as the Single Point of Contact for a CBRE Regional Account.

Collaborate with Regional Account Leadership and stakeholders to ensure procurement plan success. Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners and implement process improvements. Manage the account's expectations and relationships.

Conduct regular business reviews with account leadership and stakeholders. Facilitate procurement training/webinars for account operations, considering language requirements. Act as the Procurement Point of Contact for CBRE Functional Teams, ensuring internal activities meet account needs.

Regional Procurement ManagementOversee procurement processes including Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Spend Management, Contracts Management, and Supplier Performance Management. Manage multiple categories, plan and implement national/regional contracting strategies to boost efficiency and profitability. Implement standardized procurement systems and controls.

Develop relationships with suppliers/contractors, lead negotiations, and manage supplier relationships. Manage background checks, compliance screening, and certification processes. Optimize procurement strategies, resolve contractual issues, and negotiate contract variations.

Develop continuous improvement programs to leverage procurement solutions. Ensure the integrity of procurement database systems and manage related projects. Formulate sourcing strategies and manage their implementation, including negotiations and tendering.

QualificationsThe following are the minimum requirements for successful job performance:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.6 to 10 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management. CertificationsMBA, CIPS, CPP, or Diploma in Supply Chain Management. Communication SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Financial AcumenAbility to analyze complex documents and solve problems with multiple options. Tools of the TradeExperience with financial institutions preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI/Tableau, and e-procurement platforms. OthersAgile, culturally adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently. Willingness to work night shifts (Manila Time).
