Sales Director

Philippines Sync Talents International Full time ₱400,000 - ₱480,000 per year

Responsibilities:

- Oversees day-to-day operations and ensures these align with the direction and vision of the company.

- Manages sales team performance

- Ensures sales targets are met

- Trains and coaches sales staff and brand representatives, helping them improve their skills and performance.

- Visits and audits branches

- Develops sales training modules/manual

- Suggests ways to improve sales performance

- Attends relevant meetings and events

Qualities we're looking for:

- With at least 5 years work experience in the same position and industry (F&B, Retail)

- 35 old and above

- With good personality, hardworking, organized, outgoing

- Preferably male, but ok if female

- Willing to learn new technologies and skills

- Good with handling people (of all social classes)

- Must be fluent in English

- Social media savvy

- Willing to work long hours when needed

- Graduate of a business related course a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
