We're seeking highly disciplined Project Managers to oversee our F&B and retail build-outs as we expand with six construction projects underway and several new locations planned for 2026.

This is a field-based role, managing 3–4 active fit-out and construction projects simultaneously. You'll take full ownership of site progress, quality control, contractor coordination, and project timelines. We're looking for hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily on-site activities for multiple F&B/Retail fit-out projects
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality and safety standards
  • Report project progress, challenges, and solutions to management
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand and operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fit-out and construction project management (F&B/Retail preferred)
  • Ability to manage 3–4 concurrent active sites
  • Strong on-site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly disciplined, organized, and accountable
  • Willingness to be field-based and work closely with site teams
