Global Business Services Administrator

Wilson is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Global Business Services Administrator to join our collaborative, dynamic, and forward-thinking team. This role is integral to our team. Are you ready to make an impact? The GBS Administrator will work closely with the Global Business Services Team to support programs and initiatives that drive RPO delivery excellence.
The Global Business Services Administrator's main duties include but are not limited to:
- Initiate, extend, and inactivate client projects in Workday, ensuring validation and verification of multiple fields that affect reporting, billing, and allocations.
- Review, interpret, and take action on new and updated client contracts impacting Workday projects.
- Process all Workday allocations prompted by submitted tickets, project extensions, or other business directives.
- Produce weekly reports for Senior Leadership, maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Daily Workday processing for all hires and terminations.
- Own administrative processes for global goaling in Smartsheet, including daily, monthly, weekly, and quarterly tasks.
- Preparation of monthly goaling presentation to Senior Leadership
- Attend and actively participate in meetings with Senior Leadership
- Ad hoc reporting, audits, and other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Technical proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Workday.
- Customer service mentality with a "can do" attitude
- 1-2 years office administration experience preferably in HR or staffing
- Superior organization skills and dedication to timely project completion.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Deep understanding and dedication to the requirements of confidentiality
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
