Intermediate Accountant - US Tax & Business Services Location: Hybrid or Remote (Philippines) Schedule: Australian Day Shift (Work-Life Balance) Experience: 2-3 years in US Public Accounting / Tax Be Part of Something Big. What You’ll Do Prepare complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Manage small-to-medium client portfolios with limited supervision. Draft management and financial reports, including cash flow and budget analyses. Assist with IRS and state compliance matters (extensions, notices, etc.). Collaborate with senior accountants and managers across the Australian and US teams. What You’ll Bring 2-3 years of experience in US accounting, tax, or business services (public accounting preferred). Strong knowledge of US GAAP, federal/state tax compliance, and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. Strong communication and client service orientation. Experience with workflow management tools (Karbon, Jetpack, or similar). US Tax experience is mandatory for this role.
