Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers or clients.
  • Review billing data and ensure all information is complete and correct.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams to resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain and update billing records and files.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in collections activities.
  • Generate regular billing reports and support month-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • At least months of experience in billing, accounting, or related administrative work (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
