Job Description

As an Associate Billing Accountant, you'll handle end-to-end billing processes-creating accurate invoices, processing adjustments, and resolving billing inquiries. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure financial accuracy, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional service that reflects the company's values of reliability and care.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 years of experience in billing or accounting-related roles
• Strong knowledge of billing systems such as Sage Intacct, Zuora, and Salesforce CPQ
• Expert understanding of internal billing processes and compliance standards
• Proficiency in invoicing, credit/debit adjustments, product billing, and service cancellations
• Experience with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and internal order or financial systems
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform accurate and timely billing activities such as creating subscription invoices
• Create and process approved credit memos
• Resolve customer billing inquiries received through multiple communication channels
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer billing concerns
• Support, log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents in Zendesk
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all billing incidents in Zendesk
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs
• Collaborate with team members for timely response and resolution
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process documentation
• Promote a positive team culture aligned with company values

• Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making in all responsibilities
