Qualification:

  • Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or any related Courses.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Credit and Collection
  • Knowledge or experience using accounting software
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel functions.
  • Must be keen on details
  • Willing to render overtime and work during Restday and Holidays if necessary
  • Satisfactory social and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on sales or services rendered.
  • Proper identification of product if Vat/Non-vat sale
  • Complete invoicing within a specified time frame.
  • Review and reconcile billing data, resolving discrepancies.
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Monitor payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Generate billing reports to track account status and payment trends.
  • Ensure billing processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues.
  • Organize documents for audits.
  • Maintain systematic, audit-ready filing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
