A company's financial responsibilities to its suppliers and vendors are managed by the Accounts Payable (AP) department, which also makes sure that all invoices are correct, duly authorized, and paid on time. Strong attention to detail and a firm grasp of fundamental accounting concepts are necessary for the position.

  • Support the accounting team with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
  • Make sure every financial transaction is appropriately recorded and classified.
  • Receiving, examining, categorizing, and processing expense reports and supplier invoices
  • To guarantee prompt payment, monitor accounts payable and follow up on any unpaid invoices and payables.
  • Prepares and prints Form 2307
  • Receives and verifies delivery cash remittances from the vendor/branches
  • Serve as a reliable backup for the accounting department during high-volume or deadline-heavy periods.
  • Maintain organized and auditable financial records
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or any related accounting software is a plus.
