Company Overview

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in helping service-based businesses grow their presence online. We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who knows how to strategically manage, grow, and scale social media profiles for U.S. service businesses.

What You'll Do

-Strategically manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit).

-Create engaging content, including images, graphics, and short-form video.

-Plan and implement content calendars, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

-Drive growth by engaging followers, building communities, and increasing reach through groups and online communities.

-Track engagement and growth metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on results.

-Use Hootsuite, automation tools, AI, and bots to streamline posting and engagement.

-Collaborate with our U.S. team to tailor campaigns specifically for service-based businesses (NOT ecommerce or product-based brands).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing and growing social media accounts for service-based businesses in the U.S.
  • Strong portfolio with examples of successful growth, engagement, and content campaigns.
  • Expertise with Hootsuite, automation tools, AI, and social media bots.
  • Skilled in creating original and repurposed content (graphics, carousels, reels, TikToks, short videos).
  • Strong understanding of engagement strategies, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to take initiative, think strategically, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.

What We're NOT Looking For

Someone just out of school or "learning on the job."

Experience only in ecommerce or product-based businesses.

Applicants who cannot provide proof of results from past campaigns.

Requirements

Reliable internet connection and back-up connection and ability to work U.S. hours as needed.

Must provide case studies, metrics, or portfolio examples demonstrating past success.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience.
