1.0. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Job Summary:

The Senior Project Development Manager will be responsible for the planning, proper implementation and target achievement of projects assigned

b. Functional Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate

Ø Adopts project parameters as per brand offering

Ø Secures approval for project launches

Ø Achievement of project KPI

  1. Project Launch

Ø Prepares financial feasibility studies

Ø Review project payment terms

Ø Ensure timely project launches

Ø Develops project schedule details

  1. Design

Ø Ensures that project is in accordance with brand offering

  1. Marketing

Ø Works with marketing department for the marketing plan

Ø Approves brands' marketing collaterals

  1. Monitoring

Ø Monitors projects' earned value

Ø Reports project's performance

a. Education

· Graduate of Business, Engineering or Architectural courses

b. Job Experience

· At least with 10 years experience in business development and/or project development

c. Competencies Required

o Communication – Ability to produce effective business plans, feasibility studies and project reports.

o Time Management - Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, to be resourceful and to use time as a resource.

o Budget Planning – Consideration of all associated costs of the project

o Client Focus – Understanding who the client is and clients' needs

o Environmental, Health and Safety Management – Compliance with all regulations to ensure safe deliverables

o Information Management – Project documentation management

o Issues/Change/Assumptions Management – Control and implement a change process, monitoring of assumptions and making decisions in a timely manner

o Risk Management – Assessment, documentation and managing internal and external project risks. Development of a contingency and mitigation plans

o Quality Management – Ensuring quality results
