Project Development Manager Job Summary

This role oversees the execution of developments from conceptualization to post-construction. The Project Development Manager will lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, project development, and people management. They should be able to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with various departments.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project development or a related field
  • Experience in financial modeling and project development

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
