Position: Insurance Area Sales Manager

Location: Davao Area

Work Setup: Onsite, Morning Shift, Monday–Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Insurance Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the Davao area. This role involves managing and motivating the sales team, driving insurance product sales, and fostering strong client relationships to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the area sales team to consistently achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Davao market.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to sales agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and insurance industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao, morning shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
