PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage (F&B) department, maximizing customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and cost control.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor food and beverage costs, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Create a positive and productive work environment for F&B staff
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Prepare reports on F&B sales, costs, and performance metrics

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Experience in menu planning and development (desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry
  • Proven track record of success in achieving operational objectives
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in F&B management software (desirable)
  • Food Safety Officer (FSO) certification (highly desirable)
  • Willing to be based in Alphaland Balesin Island Club, located in Polillo, Quezon Province
