Are you a detail-oriented finance professional ready to make an impact? We're looking for a FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST to support our daily financial operations and help drive our organization's growth. The person we'll hire will report to our GM and will work with our Finance and Accounting partners.

Here are the details:

Finance and Accounting Specialist

Work Setup: Hybrid Key

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare financial reports and assist in creating annual budget proposals

  2. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management, collections, and tax payments

  3. Reconcile account discrepancies and manage billing statements

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience (experience in a micro or small enterprise is a plus)

  3. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency

  4. Familiarity with MS Office, QuickBooks, and the Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS)

  5. Fluent in both English and Filipino

  6. Must be willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City
