About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Account Specialist to support finance operations within the energy industry. You will handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring compliance with global finance standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process and record intercompany transactions, redirections, and charge-outs.
  • Maintain intercompany process databases (GL accounts, bill-to/from companies, etc.).
  • Generate reports using data from Workday, SAP, JDE, and other systems.
  • Prepare dashboards and operational matrices using Power BI, PowerPivot, and PowerQuery.
  • Develop templates for general ledger entries and payroll-related reports.
  • Support account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in journal entries and account reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP or JDE is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with systems and databases.
