I. Position Summary

· To oversee the production operations and guarantee production remains smooth and efficient process by monitoring transactions and organizing workflows.

II. Responsibilities

· Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate with all production

associates;

· Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing a schedule for the production team;

· Check production output according to specifications;

· Submit reports pertaining to performance and progress;

· Identify issues and concerns about the productivity and efficiency of the production team;

· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards;

· Perform task may assigned from time to time.

II. Experience Requirement

· Must be a graduate of any 4 year course or Degree in Technical,

Engineering or relevant course.

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Automotive or Truck industry is required.

· Minimum 1-2 years of production supervision experience is required.

· Knowledgeable in drafting and design of trucks.

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

· Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Must be willing to be assigned at Balon Bato, Quezon City.
