MDBI Construction Corp. is seeking a talented Project Supervisor - Architectural to join our team on a contract basis in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing work sequence and methodology, monitor subcontractor work, oversight for our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget while and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Your role

  • Monitors and schedules architectural work activities among his subordinates and contractors.
  • Supervises site implementation of all finishing works.
  • Ensures the strict implementation of all technical plans within quality and specification.
  • Prepares and submits project status reports and accomplishments for Project Superintendent's/ PIC's update and monitoring.
  • Enforces the implementation of immediate quality control measure within his work area.
  • Oversees the actual execution of all activities conforming to the approved schedule
  • Provides requirements for securing permits and facilitating submittals for approval.
  • Coordinates the proper implementation of all technical plans and interprets specifications prior to construction.
  • Prepares designs for on going and proposed projects.
  • Evaluates and improves designs prepared for the project.
  • Coordinates the requisition, issuances and the timely delivery of required materials and equipment on site.
  • Ability to coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
