About the role

iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Admin Supervisor to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative tasks within the organization
  • Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and policies
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company events and activities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role, preferably in the community services or aged/disability support industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant administrative software
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and implement process improvements
  • Passionate about providing exceptional administrative support and contributing to the success of the organization
