KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Architecture & Design - Define enterprise AI reference architecture, multi-agent workflows, and routing policies.
  • Platform Build & Integration - Implement agent frameworks, vendor SDKs, API gateways, and vector databases.
  • Monitoring, Evals & Governance - Implement LLMOps observability, evaluation harnesses, and guardrail services.
  • Deployment & Operations- Create CI/CD pipelines, containerize services, and enforce security best practices.
  • Data, RAG & Knowledge - Engineer RAG pipelines and apply document compliance.
  • Security, Risk & Compliance - Apply secure-by-design principles and meet privacy requirements.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Work closely with cross-functional teams and deliver documentation.
  • Mentorship & Standards - Promote templates, reusability, and enforce code review practices solutions using Microsoft Azure and Power Platform, as well as integrations into global SaaS platform
  • Create APIs, microservices, and agentic AI workflows
  • Optimise and integrate LLMs, RAG patterns, and intelligent automation
  • Work with emerging protocols such as MCP, A2A, AP2
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions
  • Contribute to establishing best practices and coding standards
  • Ensure thought leadership and continued understanding of emerging AI-related technologies, ensuring we remain competitive in our technology solutions offer
  • Transform business challenges and strategic intent into innovative AI-powered solutions
  • Support technical governance, architectural reviews, and proactive management of technical debt
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing, and pragmatic engineering

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
  • 8+ years in software/ML engineering, with 2+ years building LLM-driven applications.
  • Technical Skills - Agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel), model providers (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock), RAG & vector databases, LLMOps observability, DevOps & cloud (Docker, Kubernetes), APIs & integration, security & compliance, programming (Python, TypeScript).
  • Soft Skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving mindset in an Agile environment.
  • 4+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in AI/ML development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure (Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Functions
  • Strong Python and C#/.NET programming skills
  • Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar)
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices
