We're growing our technical team and are looking for a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to help design and develop intelligent systems that support our creative and operational pipelines.

Role Overview

The AI Engineer will play a key role in developing, integrating, and optimizing AI-driven solutions across multiple areas — from data automation and predictive analytics to generative content workflows. You'll collaborate closely with our Program Lead, Developers, and Creative Team to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready tools.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real business and creative problems.


• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and automate workflows.


• Build and maintain APIs or microservices for ML model integration into digital platforms.


• Collaborate with full-stack and creative teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation (e.g., automation, recommendation systems, image/video processing).


• Continuously research and prototype emerging AI tools and frameworks to enhance team capabilities.


• Document development processes and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.


• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Development, or Data Engineering.


• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.


• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision projects is an advantage.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API integration.


• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and version control (Git).


• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
