We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Travel Insurance Operation Manager to lead and oversee the operational delivery of our travel insurance products and services. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in insurance operations, customer service, and team leadership, who are passionate about driving efficiency and enhancing customer experience in the travel protection space.

As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with underwriting, claims, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of travel insurance solutions. Your leadership will be key in maintaining service excellence and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end operations of travel insurance products, including policy administration, claims processing, and customer support.
  • Lead and manage operational teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, internal policies, and service-level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and market expansion.
  • Handle escalated issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support training and development of team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in travel insurance.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php160,000.00 per month
