Assistant Operation Manager – Travel Insurance

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operation Manager – Travel Insurance to support the day-to-day management and operational efficiency of our travel insurance services. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in insurance operations who are ready to take on a leadership support role in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

As the Assistant Operation Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth policy administration, claims handling, and customer service delivery. You will help monitor performance metrics, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing travel insurance operations including policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Support coordination between underwriting, customer service, and sales teams.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and help implement operational improvements.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Contribute to training and development of operational staff.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management review.
  • Participate in product support and enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in travel insurance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows, systems, and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php160,000.00 per month
