About the role

Join the dynamic team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' as a full-time Customer Service Representative. Based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, this role is perfect for those with 6 months of BPO experience. The selected candidate will start on October 18-20.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What we're looking for

• 6 months of experience in a BPO or call centre environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
