About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Building Engineer to join our Property Management team. The role is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of a commercial high-rise building located in Pasay, Cubao and Ortigas, ensuring all systems are properly maintained, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily engineering operations of the assigned high-rise property.
  • Supervise preventive maintenance and repairs of MEPF, safety, and building systems.
  • Monitor and coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide technical support for tenant fit-outs and property management requirements.
  • Prepare engineering reports, incident logs, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with and report to the Senior/Area Property Manager or Head of Property Management.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC).
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in property management, facilities, or building engineering.
  • Strong technical expertise in MEPF systems, building equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Effective leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work on-site.
