Job Hiring: Property Manager – Property Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Property Manager to oversee property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a solid background in engineering, business administration, or real estate management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily property operations, including building maintenance, security, and tenant concerns
  • Oversee repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance programs
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards
  • Handle lease agreements, rent collection, and contract renewals
  • Monitor property expenses, budgets, and financial reports
  • Manage vendor contracts, suppliers, and service providers
  • Lead and train on-site staff to maintain high service quality

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Engineer) OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management, building maintenance, or real estate operations
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple properties and work under pressure
