The Logistic Record Staff is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics transactions, including inventory, deliveries, and shipment documentation. This role ensures that all logistics data are properly documented and reported to support efficient warehouse and supply chain operations.

  • Handles documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Maintains accurate inventory and logistics records.
  • Prepares reports, waybills, and delivery receipts.
  • Coordinates with warehouse and logistics teams for daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or college level in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Can work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be assigned at Cubao,Quezon City (near Camp Crame)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
