We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to drive business growth for 2GO Forwarding. You will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing key client relationships, and delivering logistics solutions that create measurable impact.

  • Grow the business: Identify, develop, and close new opportunities in domestic and international freight forwarding.
  • Own client relationships: Manage key accounts by understanding customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving repeat business.
  • Negotiate with confidence: Handle contract discussions, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutual value.
  • Stay market-smart: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to strengthen 2GO's market position.
  • Plan and perform: Execute business reviews, account plans, and performance reports aligned with revenue and volume targets.
  • Collaborate and represent: Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Be hands-on: Conduct occasional client visits, site inspections, and pier tours to deepen engagement.

What We are looking for:

  • Background in Forwarding Logistics
  • Proven sales and account management track record, with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Market awareness and strategic thinking - able to spot opportunities and turn them into measurable results.
  • Proficient in preparing sales reports, monthly itineraries, and performance analyses.
