About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at LIBCAP SUPER EXPRESS CORPORATION - Cebu City, Cebu. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our existing client relationships, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and develop existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, consultative relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to management
  • Contribute to the development of the team's sales strategies and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Experienced in an Account Executive or similar sales role is an advantage
  • With sales targets experienced is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
