SERVICE CREW

Area of Assignment: Fuente Branch

Job Summary

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant environment for customers. The role involves working efficiently as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of pastries, sandwiches, or light meals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, and equipment.
  • Refill stock and monitor inventory of food and beverages.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service, addressing customer needs or concerns effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow opening, closing, and shift change procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • May be required to lift
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
