Job Summary
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant environment for customers. The role involves working efficiently as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of pastries, sandwiches, or light meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, and equipment.
- Refill stock and monitor inventory of food and beverages.
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide prompt and courteous service, addressing customer needs or concerns effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow opening, closing, and shift change procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- May be required to lift
- Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
