Technical Support Representative (Crypto Platform)

Openings: 3 | Location: Remote | Shifts: Includes weekends

Join our global cryptocurrency trading platform as a Technical Support Representative You'll be the go-to expert for assisting customers during onboarding, solving technical issues, and guiding them through features like spot trading, perpetual contracts, and derivatives.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve user issues via chat, email, and phone.
  • Support onboarding and ensure smooth platform use.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and features.
  • Handle and/or escalate Tier 1–3 support cases.
  • Log and manage tickets accurately.

What We're Looking For

  • Languages: Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Experience: 3+ years in tech support (crypto industry preferred).
  • Knowledge: Cryptocurrency trading (spot, perpetual, derivatives).
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, customer service, and technical adaptability.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with platforms like Kraken or OKX, especially in Support or KYC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
  • Comfortable working shifts and weekends.
