What you'll do:

* Support patients with product knowledge and troubleshooting via phone or chat

* Deliver solutions with empathy while ensuring compliance and accuracy

* Document interactions and contribute to exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

* At least 2 years in college or equivalent vocational/Bachelor's degree

* 1+ year experience in customer service or technical support

* Excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving mindset

* Willingness to work shifting schedules in BGC, Taguig (hybrid setup)
