Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience providing functional support for ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge).
  • Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow modules, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams for configuration or enhancement support.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or related certification preferred.

Job Description

  • Provide functional and process support for ServiceNow modules and end-users.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL and ITSM standards.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management.
  • Support user onboarding and training on ServiceNow features.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within the platform.
