Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with quality and excellent support thru: Calls, Chats, and Emails.

  • By addressing the issue properly & correctly with accurate details and information.

  • Timely and prompt response for a zero email target by the end of the day.

  • Maintain good relationship concerns. Appropriate in terms of voice messages and feedback.

  • Resolve customer problems and queries to ensure the smooth operation of the business, extending excellent customer service experience as the company's brand ambassador.

  • Connect and resolve issues/complaints with customers using necessary communication. Providing timely feedback to the customer and the management
  • Collaborate with other departments whenever necessary to handle complex escalation cases and elevate the concerns to the necessary stakeholders for immediate action and response.
  • Provide timely and up to date trends in improving the company's services through customer feedback and engagement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree Holder / College Undergraduate
  • With at least 1 year of experience in customer support services
