Customer Service Associate Store Visit Checklist

GENERAL

ü Arrived on time at the scheduled store visit

ü Checked in with Store PIC / Supervisor

ü Wore proper uniform and nameplate

VISUAL MERCHANDISING & BRANDING

ü Store signage and logos are clean and well-lit

ü Window displays (if applicable) are tidy and up to date

ü Counter tops and shelves are organized, clean, and uncluttered

ü POS materials (posters, flyers, tabletop promos) are updated and properly placed

ü Price tags, labels, and menu boards are present and accurate

CLEANLINESS & AMBIENCE

ü Dining and service areas are clean and smell fresh

ü Floors and high-touch areas (door handles, counters) are regularly cleaned

ü Air-conditioning and lighting are functioning properly

ü Music is at appropriate volume and reflects brand vibe

SERVICE TEAM

ü Team is complete and in proper uniform and grooming

ü Team is welcoming, courteous, and attentive to guests

ü Staff can confidently explain products (menu knowledge)

ü Observed guest interactions (note any service wins or concerns)

PRODUCT CHECK

ü Display chillers are properly stocked

ü Signature products (Pastrami, Cheese Puffs, etc.) are available

ü Packaging is clean, sealed properly, and presentable

ü Checked for expired or old-looking stock

ü Sampled one item for quality assurance

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

ü Spoke with at least one customer to gather feedback

ü Asked about their favorites, concerns, or suggestions

ü Recorded any compliments or complaints

REPORTING & FOLLOW-UP

ü Took photos of store (interior, display, signage, etc.)

ü Noted concerns that need escalation (e.g., low stock, cleanliness, service gaps)

ü Submitted visit report with observations and suggestions

ü Shared immediate feedback with store team before leaving
