We are seeking a dynamic
Housekeeping Coordinator
who will assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department.
In this role, you will assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including managing guest requests and room status updates, maintaining accurate records and inventory, and reporting damages, maintenance needs, and safety hazards.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:
- Diploma/degree in hospitality/tourism management or equivalent
- Possess good customer relations and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in housekeeping software and applications (Opera, Amadeus, and others)
