Job Responsibilities:

  • Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following hotel standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and other amenities.
  • Ensure furniture, appliances, and fixtures are in good condition.
  • Casino and Public Area Housekeeping
  • Maintain the cleanliness of casino floors, lounges, restrooms, hallways, and other public spaces.
  • Ensure gaming areas are neat, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Linen & Laundry Management
  • Collect, sort, and deliver linens and uniforms.
  • Operate laundry equipment safely and maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Sanitation & Safety Compliance
  • Follow hygiene and sanitation standards as required by hotel and casino policies.
  • Use cleaning chemicals properly and observe safety procedures.
  • Guest Assistance & Customer Service
  • Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or housekeeping services.
  • Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor.
  • Inventory & Supplies
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and amenities.
  • Replenish stock as needed and report shortages.
  • Team Coordination
  • Work closely with front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Report lost and found items to the proper department.
  • NCII-Specific Competencies
  • Apply skills learned in the TESDA Housekeeping NCII program, such as:
  • Providing housekeeping services to guests
  • Preparing rooms for incoming guests
  • Handling laundry and linen services
  • Maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
