We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bidding Associate who will play a key role in supporting our sales operations. In this role, you'll help prepare competitive bids, and proposals that bring our innovative solutions to more clients.

Work You'll Do:

  • Support the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals to clients.
  • Gather, organize, and prepare bid requirements and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with bid instructions and monitor submission deadlines.
  • Assist in other sales operations activities as needed to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • 1–2 years of experience in bidding, proposals, or sales operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and pressure.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati from Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible to render overtime when required.
