Sales Associate – Outbound Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Associate for Outbound Sales who will play a key role in generating leads, initiating customer contact, and converting inquiries into memberships or sales. The ideal candidate is persuasive, organized, and enthusiastic about connecting with potential clients and presenting service solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
