About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at CogentPH. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers for our company. The role is based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls
  2. Pitch our products and services effectively to generate interest and secure sales
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
  4. Accurately record customer data and sales activities in our CRM system
  5. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success
  6. Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in an outbound sales or customer service role, preferably in the call centre industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers
  3. Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  4. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
  5. Determination, resilience, and a positive attitude to thrive in a target-driven environment
  6. Fluency in English and Filipino languages
