JOB SUMMARY

OSC main task is to implement selling and marketing strategies, and ensure sales targets are met. OSC is also responsible for inventory analysis, which involves keeping track of sales figures and inventory requirements and using this information to make estimates on optimal stock levels.

His/her main duties include traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates and features

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with upper management ensuring outright sales targets are met
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyzing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information.
  • Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies
  • Generating new leads and developing existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Generate and submit sales reports to the management.
  • Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to client request in a prompt and professional manger.
  • Work with marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores across different territories
  • Conduct product presentations to clients
  • Coordinate processing of customer purchases with merchandising, accounting, and warehouse
  • Perform countering and collection of payments

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Education:

  • A degree in any discipline is acceptable for entry into the position. Business or management degree may be at an advantage.
