Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and order forms for clients.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the production team to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Maintain organized records of sales transactions, client details, and project updates.

Follow up on pending quotations, approvals, and payments.

Help manage corporate and bulk order inquiries, ensuring clients receive timely responses.

Support the Sales and Marketing team in lead tracking, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

Ensure all client requirements and customization details are properly communicated to the production department.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
