Job SummaryWe are seeking a Key Accounts Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients across food, chemical, and diagnostic industries. The role requires a mix of scientific understanding and sales exposure, making it ideal for graduates of microbiology, chemistry, food technology, or related courses who are eager to pursue a career in client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities with companies in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and related industries.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and service orientations to prospective and existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of client requirements, testing services, and deliverables.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights and feedback to management.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Regularly prepare sales reports and updates on account activities.
- Perform fieldwork within NCR or Region 3 (Pampanga and nearby provinces).
- Graduate of Science & Laboratory-Related Courses: Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or any related course relevant to laboratory testing.
- Sales experience in the medical, laboratory, or diagnostics industry is an advantage but not required. Candidates with any prior sales or account management exposure will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
- Willing to travel and conduct client visits regularly within NCR and/or Region 3.
- Possesses a valid driver's license is an advantage.
