We're looking for a driven finance professional who thrives on improving processes and systems to boost efficiency and accuracy across the business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with operations and production teams to improve cost efficiency and support key operational goals. You will manage cashflow reporting and provide insightful financial analysis to inform capital investment decisions, while ensuring full compliance with Australian accounting standards, industry regulations, and the preparation of statutory returns (BAS, IAS, PRT, TFES). Additionally, you will support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and addressing queries promptly.

Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, the quality of cost variance analysis and recommendations, adherence to budgets and forecast accuracy, ongoing compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, and your demonstrated contribution to operational cost savings and efficiency initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA highly regarded)
  • 3–5 years' experience in management accounting, ideally within manufacturing, agribusiness, or FMCG sectors
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Australian tax & superannuation
  • Advanced Excel skills, financial modelling expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with MYOB and Xero accounting systems is required, with preference given to candidates who have experience using Fathom financial reporting and analytics software.
  • Willing to work Australian working hours
  • Open to working or relocating to Angeles City, Pampanga office
