What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat and phone support in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer issues and providing product information and recommendations
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on any outstanding items
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A genuine interest in the fashion accessories industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Fluency in English and the local language
