Senior Payroll

Job Overview

In charge of processing end-to-end payroll

Compute government-mandated benefits and contributions.

Supervise the safekeeping of payroll and other confidential files.

Assist in all payroll-related compliances.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Administration

  • Ensure that payroll is accurate and processed on time.
  • Manage payroll processing and verify timekeeping records.
  • Respond to employees' inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with payroll team/payroll manager to ensure timely, accurate computation, inclusions, and deduction.
  • Collaborate with finance/accounting team to ensure accurate fundings and timely crediting of payroll.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and oversee the distribution of reports to the companies and employees.
  • Stay up to date on changes in payroll regulation and laws.
  • Oversee the payroll assistant in relation to the preparation of payroll copies and endorsement to the signatories.
  • Check the accuracy of generated and uploaded payroll in the bank systems. Oversee timely and proper distribution of e-pay slips.

Compliances

  • Check the accuracy of government remittances and loans (SSS, PF, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).
  • Assist in preparation of Alphalist and 2316 (Individual Income Tax Return).
  • Assist in the preparation of Dole inspection and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit engagements.
  • Ensure compliance of data privacy by observing the confidentiality of records, reports, and other information and exercise the proper filing and safekeeping of both and soft copies.
